Etowah Youth Football is seeking dedicated, high-energy, and experienced coaches to join our ranks for the upcoming season. We believe that a team is only as strong as its leadership, and we are looking for mentors who are committed to excellence both on and off the field.

As an Etowah coach, you aren’t just teaching X’s and O’s; you are shaping the character of young athletes and serving as a vital link in the Etowah Varsity Football pipeline.

What Are We Looking For?

We prioritize character and culture. Our ideal candidates possess:
  • Proven Experience: A solid background in coaching youth tackle football with an understanding of age-appropriate drills and player development.
  • Positive Influence: A "kids-first" mentality. You must be able to motivate, encourage, and lead with patience and respect.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Reliability is key. We need coaches who arrive prepared, follow the high school-aligned curriculum, and are committed to the full season.
  • A Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn the Etowah Varsity system and implement our specific "Heads Up" safety standards and terminology.
  • Great Attitude: You represent the Etowah brand. We need team players who communicate effectively with parents, officials, and fellow coaches.
